1) Does talent exist? There are lots of research about existence of ability to do something you are good at. Some think that only youngsters have a better performance of showing capability well ,while others believe the accomplishment of a child depends on his parents, if parents spent time for their children to teach something like a sport, education and art , they would probably act better the skill they have learned in the potential life, however they may go wasted their ability because of not practicing.The has shown that the top performers have become the best at their profession not because of talent but their dedication, it means practicing more hours can be reason for this notion. One scientist made an experience in order to find talented people, and he divided into three parts the people who were in section 1- were the participants who were the best international music players , the second section were who were also good but not the same with the first , and when it comes to third group they were the least able who only learned the subject for their job I can say for working and earning money. The difference between them is only the devotion of more hours on their capability . For example doing tasks for 10,000 hours is the reason of being the expert of job, 8,000 hours is about being good at profession, the last is 4,000 just being a teacher, and there is a question is it enough spending 10,000 hours for being expert , the answer is,,NO,, . It is claimed that there are effortless activities on spending hours, it means without concentration, its such a time-wasting like endless hours without effort. if one want to be the best at any profession ,they should have deep concentration on doing the things they need. Its only by working you cannot do , that you will be the expert, and its believed EXCELLECE is built upon the foundations of failure. In conclusion we were not born talented , and only dedication and working/practicing efficiently is the key to successful potential job!
2) Is success LUCK or HARDWOR? Most of people usually estimate themselves as a hardworking person , for example : one can say I have done more than others so as a result they overestimate themselves by underestimating others and want to appear how helpful they are, but they also think they cause more problems and it is thought that if you did the work all day you are more likely to be hardworking and do not thing about other how they spent their time ,and we can realize that we usually regard ourselves as a successful person because of dedication and hardworking ,and we usually forget about luck , maybe it plays vital role in our success, take hockey players example , if they won the game and were the champion of the world , they are more likely consider their success by spending hours on practicing a lot and training at 5pm maybe , actually not you may give the question why? the answer is simple , the most hockey players were born in January but they are not thankful for that,so thanks to birthday , he or she is able to be a good hockey player of course by dedication. for example the country Burundi , the people who were born there are less likely to earn much money because this country has a financial hardship so the average of earning money is 730$ a year per capita. and what do you think what is best measurement of success is that luck or skill? the answear is simple both of them , we can consider them a best friends ,.but hardworking is not guaranteed to success!
3) I have watched 3rd video and I realized that it was about trends on how the musicians and other people became successful, who are interested in music, not only listening but also singing , its believed that artists are able to earn more than people who make videos and sing a song because they and their songs and other posts aren't on the trend , and the process shows that how they were able to tackle with this obstacle. first, they started to create more videos by adding some interesting adds in order to catch the attraction of viewers of course they would be patient enough ,since it demanded a couple of time to hit the big time , at the end some of them but not all were able to have efficient number of funs on their blogs or private channel, as a consequence they are both earning and contributing money, all process I mentioned above were due to the apps like a spotify and tic toc !
4) well,the 4th video was about the music industry , to be quiet honest I was unaware about information that I shall provide in paragraphs to come. I used to think if the singers sing or create a music , they will be able to earn much more money than others ,but actually it wasn't a true thought , since not all money goes directly to musicians but only a little amount of them will be divided into them , during the creating music there are tones of workers who identifies the mistakes, another one adds some impressive attractions, and the most important person is sponsor who provides with money in creating music. and etc.
In conclusion, i was able to get more information from 5videos above and all of them tightly connected to each other , they were all about the talent and profession so what i learned is that being the expert of profession demands huge number of hours and dedication, and when it comes to musicians i was able to learn about their life and i would say, its challenging to be well-paid and cutting edge singer!
