You study at one of the most prestigious universities in Uzbekistan. The University provides lots of educational facilities. It has a large library, a modern gym, several conference halls and comfortable classrooms. The worst part is that there is no kitchen at the university. The available small buffets are not large enough for the number of students and not able to cater for the needs of customers. One day you and your friend had bought ready snacks from the stores of the buffet and had lunch. After several hours both of you started to suffer from food-poisoning and diarrhea. You were treated at hospital during a few days, and could not prepare for the exams.
Write a letter of complaint to the rector of the university. Write one paragraph for each of the topics below. The letter should be at least twelve to fifteen (12-15) sentences. You should write at least 150 words. Revise your letter, if necessary. Pay attention to your vocabulary (legal terminology), grammar, letter format, sentence structure, word order and spelling. Do not copy and paste the topic.

Dear Mr. Johnes,

I am writing to draw your attention to the issue that some students were absent at last term final exams. The final exams at the university were held two days ago, and I could not prepare and attend to.
Unfortunately, my friend and I were food-poisoned in last week because of a hot-dog that was sold in the buffet of our university. In this regard, I ask you to allow us to retake the exam on the basis of the rector's order №76 "The procedure for passing exams at the University" dated 25.03.2021.
Taking this opportunity, I would like to inform you about a problem in the buffet of our university. I would ask you to consider the issue of the quality of food that is sold in the buffet on the ground floor, in order to other students will not come to face with such problems in future. To solve this problem university administration should explore the experience of cafes which are located nearby. They have the best quality of food and low prices. Therefore, nowadays most students prefer to have lunch there.
