  1. Why has attendance at museums declined so much in recent years?

There are several reasons, one of which is instant access to the internet that almost everyone has, especially in cities. Thanks to the internet, people now can see famous artifacts, paintings and sculptures at a touch/click of a button via internet search, without the need to go out and pay for public museums.
In my opinion/the way I see it, it can be put down to/attributed to instant access to the internet that almost everyone has, especially in cities. While students learn history through lectures and reading textbooks, other subjects especially the ones related to science such as physics and chemistry are typically learned through experimentation.
Hands-on learning.
Talk about history. On the other hand, you talk about other subjects
Talk about X. on the other hand, talk about Y.
The difference is huge between X and Y.
There is a world of difference between X and Y.
What can factories and plants do to reduce pollution?
There are several measures that can be taken to tackle the problem of pollution. Firstly, transition to renewable energy sources would be a step forward because most factories rely on fossil fuels such as coal or oil, which are considered the major contributors to greenhouse gas emissions.
X would be a step forward = improvement.
Take measures/steps to tackle the problem.
