Teshikning ulchamlari xisoblanadi. a) maksimal o‘lcham aniqlanadi: Dmax = Dnom + ES Dmax=500+0.06=500.06 b) minimal o‘lcham aniqlanadi: Dmin = Dnom + EI Dmin=500+0.02=500.02mm v) joiz o‘lcham topiladi: TD= Dmax – Dmin TD=500.06-500.02=0.04mm g) tekshirish: TD= ES – EI TD=60-20=40mkm 1. Valning ulchamlari xisoblanadi a) maksimal o‘lcham aniqlanadi: dmax = dnom + es dmin=500+0=500mm b) minimal o‘lcham aniqlanadi: dmin = dnom + ei dmin=500-0.04=499.96 v) joiz o‘lcham topiladi: Td= dmax – dmin Td=500-499.96=0.04 g) tekshirish: Td= es – ei Td=0+40=40mkm 3. Birikma oraligining xisobi a) maksimal o‘lcham aniqlanadi: Smax = Dmax-dmin Smax=500.04-499.96=0.08mm b) minimal o‘lcham aniqlanadi: Smin = Dmin – dmax Smin=500.02-500=0.02mm v) o‘rtacha qiymat aniqlanadi: Sur=(Smax+Smin)/2 Sur=(0.08+0.02)/2=0.05mm g) joiz o‘lcham topiladi: TS= Smax – Smin TS=0.08-0.02=0.06 g) tekshirish: TS= TD + Td TS=40+40=80mkm Download 105.71 Kb.
