4) What five things do you think are fundamental human rights Human rights are rights inherent to all human beings, regardless of race, nationality, gender, language, religion, or any other status. Human rights include the right to life and liberty, freedom from slavery and torture, freedom of opinion and expression, the right to work and education, and many more. Everyone is entitled to these rights, without discrimination. In my opinion the main five are civil, political, economic social and cultural rights. Civil rights are inviolability, freedom, law and order, private and family life, freedom of speech and freedom of assembly, associations and movements. Political rights are an essential component of democracy. They are protect the right of people to participate in the governance of their country (the right to vote and be elected). Economic rights the right to work, the creation of trade unions and participation in their work, and the right to a decent standard of living. Social rights the rights of the individual to social protection in the event of absence or loss of work, illness, disability and the occurrence of other circumstances that do not depend on the will of the person. Cultural rights the right to education and participation in cultural life, the right to enjoy the benefits of science and copyright. Download 14.46 Kb. Do'stlaringiz bilan baham: |
