7-Dars Ovqatlanish Dunyodagi ko’pchilik odamlar ovqatlanish odatiga rioya qilishmaydi. Ozuqaviy moddalari kam ovqatlarni iste’mol qilishadi. Men ham yoshligimda bunday tez tayyor bo’ladigan mahsulotlarni iste’mol qilganman. Bunday ovqatlarning ko’pchiligi ovqat ximikatlari qo’shiladi va onam bunday holat takrorlanaverganidan jahli chiqqan. Shundan keyin men tabiiy va to’yimli ovqatlar iste’mol qila boshladim, ayniqsa bo’rshni yoqtirardim. Sho’rva jon-u dilim edi. Hatto yoshligimda ovqatdan ham zaharlanganman. Shundan keyin ishtaham bo’g’ilib, yengil taomlar iste’mol qila boshlaganman. Aslida yoshligimda juda ham ko’p va qo’pol ravishda ovqatlanganman! Faktlarga ko’ra odamlar tez tamaddi qilsalar shuncha tez semirar ekanlar. Albatta ko’p ovqatlanish foydali, biroq uning ham ko’pi zarar keltiradi. Agar ovqatlangandan keyin harakatlanish kam bo’lsa ham semirishadi. Bu tabiiy holat. Shuning uchun diyeta qilishadi va doimiy diyetada bo’lishadi! Yeyiladigan ovqat hajmiga ham e’tiborda bo’lishadi! Lesson 7 Eating Most people in the world do not follow a eating habit. Consumes less nutritious foods. I also consumed products that fast foods in my childhood. This is a natural state. So they go on a diet and a balanced diet! They also pay attention to the portion sizes!
