Allen Edmonds shoes are so well-made that we can actually return them to 

nearly-new condition with our exclusive Recrafting service. Obsolete soles will be 

replaced with current soles. Visit us at AllenEdmonds.com/recrafting to 

download a postage-paid shipping label. 

 

Please do not send in shoe bags, shoe trees, orthotics, shine cloths or any other personal 

items with your shoes. Items will not be returned. Due to the manufacturing process 

Allen Edmonds is unable to alter the size of the shoe being recrafted.

Combines two of our most popular services. Worn heels will be  

replaced with new leather heel bases and rubber top lifts. Shoes  

are then completely Refinished to restore the luster of your shoes.

Our Recrafting process is unique and proprietary and can only be offered through our own manufacturing location. Any other offer or claim to do so is not authorized by our company. Due 

to the nature of Recrafting, damage may occur that was not otherwise preventable. Allen Edmonds is not responsible for damages that occur during Recrafting. Welted construction leather 

insoles, and upper leather, cannot be replaced. Prior work on Allen Edmonds shoes by other cobblers may prevent us from Recrafting a pair of shoes. Due to construction methods, some 

styles may not be eligible for Recrafting. We may not be able to accept footwear with cut, torn or scuffed uppers or badly cracked lining leathers. If accepted, cuts and cracks will still be in 

shoes. Suede and nubuck shoes will be cleaned rather than refinished.
