Addendum No. 1 to Contract No. Cmrh/02/lcs/01

To replace the Paragraphs A “Ceiling” and B “Schedule of Payments” of the Clause 4 “Payment” with the following text:

3. 
   Term.
   

The Consultant shall perform the Services during the period commencing 28/04/2017 and continuing through 31/12/2020, or any other period as may be subsequently agreed by the parties in writing

   Payment.
   

A. Ceiling
For Services rendered pursuant to Annex A, the Client shall pay the Consultant an amount not to exceed a ceiling of 212 030 640,00 (Two hundred and twelve million thirty thousand six hundred and forty Uzbek Soums and zero tiyin) Uzbek Soum. Contract signed for 5 years (five Fiscal Years) in accordance with Framework Agreement, Istisna’a and Istisna’a Agency Agreements (No.UZB:-1001, 1003 and 1004).

This amount has been established based on the understanding that it includes all of the Consultant’s costs and profits as well as any tax obligation that may be imposed on the Consultant.
