Addendum No. 1 to Contract No. Cmrh/02/lcs/01

Consultant’s Reporting Obligations

The Consultant shall submit reports in the following number of copies:

For fiscal 2017 year
Draft versions of Audit Report and Management Letter	1	1	within 20 working days after commencing date for 2017
Final versions of Audit Report and Management Letter	3	3	within 3 working days after discussion with the Client’s management and reconciliation of all points
For fiscal 2018 year
Draft versions of Audit Report and Management Letter	1	1	within 20 working days after commencing date for 2018
Final versions of Audit Report and Management Letter	3	3	within 3 working days after discussion with the Client’s management and reconciliation of all points
For fiscal 2019-2020 years
Draft versions of Audit Report and Management Letter	1	1	within 20 working days after commencing date for 2019
Final versions of Audit Report and Management Letter	3	3	within 3 working days after discussion with the Client’s management and reconciliation of all points

The reports should also be followed by electronic version (in CDs) in PDF format.

2. 
   The other conditions of the Contract will remain unchanged and Parties confirm their obligations on them.
   

3. 
   The present Addendum made in two identical copies in English, having the equal legal force and is an integral part of the Contract.
   

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto have caused this AddendumNo.1 to be signed by their duly authorized representatives in 2 (two) copies in the city of Tashkent, of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the day and year first above written.
