Motivation Letter for Alexander College
Alexander College, 4603 Kingsway #101, Burnaby BC V5H 4M4, Canada Dear Sir/Madam, I am Asadbek Subkhonaliev who is currently studying in Academic lyceum of Tashkent University of Information Technologies Fergana branch. I am applying for Alexander College as an international student. Through reading articles and browsing websites, I realized the importance of studying abroad, especially, in Alexander College as it opens many doors for me. I am 17 years of age now and living in Uzbekistan. For two years, I have been studying in the academic lyceum in Foreign Philology group and want to see myself as one of the future students of Alexander College. As far as my personal qualities are concerned, I love being a volunteer and helping other people. I feel a sense of satisfaction when I see them being glad from my help. Although there is not a financial benefit, I believe that volunteering broadens the horizon and gives a huge source of new information. As Albert Einstein once said: “Only a life lived for others is worth living.” By following his words, I found the real meaning of living in life and began to be a volunteer in different fields. In December 2018, for example, I took part in New Life Model of United Nations Organization international conference as a volunteer translator and discovered many new data for me. There, nor did I help organize the conference, but also participated in discussions and debates devoted to current situations and problems of the world and the ways to curb them. I awarded with a Certificate of Appreciation and this fuelled my desire to continue again on my way. Moreover, once the librarian of our lyceum said that she was facing some difficulties in terms of creating e-books and placing them into the website of the lyceum. As I had knowledge in programming and IT, I decided to assist her to write e-books and store them in the website. For a month, we worked on this project and during this time, I increased my knowledge and found that volunteering had changed my mind a lot. I love challenges as they urge me to work hard on myself and achieve better results. Whenever I encounter any obstacles, I know that these given to try harder, dissect my mistakes, and deduce from them. While studying in the college, I am eager to learn the new sides of Business Administration and become skilled in this field. I realize that even one beneficial business plan can make people’s life easier and create new comforts. I learn every new information and detail with persistence and great interest, which is crucial while gaining knowledge. I am also planning to participate in various cultural events and volunteering projects in Alexander College and hope to contribute to the development of the college as much as I can. I am going to express my innovative ideas related to Business and take them into practice there. In addition, since I am enthusiastic person and love being around with people, with my group mates there, I desire to do a group work project based on Business and Marketing and participate in Canadian and international competitions that, in turn, will increase the international prestige of both Alexander College and Canada. After finishing the two-year program, I want to study in Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration faculty, at the same time, running my personal website that will include free online courses of business, programming and English Language. I hope that the website can aid students who have problems related to language and start up projects. My biggest aim is opening an international company specialized in producing computers, mobile phones and software programs in Uzbekistan and developing economic and cultural connections not only between Uzbekistan and Canada, but also throughout the world. I want to sign mutual contracts between Uzbek and Canadian companies that will bring benefits to each country. I know that this process can be challenging but I am ready for the difficulties and of course, I do believe that my knowledge and experience obtained in Alexander College will aid me to overcome the barriers. When it comes to my language abilities, I am the holder of IELTS and CEFR certificates. I passed my IELTS exam on 14th of December 2019 and took 7.5 score. I am fluent in English and have eight year learning and a four-year teaching experience. I work in part time job in “English House” and “Kevin’s Academy” language centers where I live. Despite the fact that I am still young, I have taught hundreds of students most of whom are studying abroad now. In addition to this, on every Wednesdays and Fridays, I teach disabled students in Fergana city and it motivates me to be more patient and tolerant, because even though they have not perfect learning conditions, what they have is effort and interest. In this case, opening a fully equipped language and computer center for the disabled is one of the parts of my goals. In conclusion, despite possible challenges for an international student, I can and I will defeat them by my tolerance and persistency. I hope that you will give me the privilege of being one of the students of Alexander College in 2020. Yours Sincerely, Asadbek Subkhonaliev Download 15.98 Kb. Do'stlaringiz bilan baham: |
