Let's consider meaning(importance) of the electronic passport at power 
inspections. Usually, these researches consists from several, consistently sold 
stages: 1) tax of the documentary information; 2) tool inspection; 3) processing 
of results and their analysis; 4) development yia5ainaa5aaapueo of the 
recommendations and registration of the report.
The tax of the documentary information is necessary for definition of the 
basic characteristics of object of the information: the items of information on 
the equipment (consumers) of the enterprise and dynamics(changes) of a current
consumption. In the special forms is entered only static data. For example, the 
left part of the 3-table of the power passport (fig. 2) is filled only. Other data pay 
off by the program and the tables are filled automatically. If on the enterprise 
there are such databases, this stage is not carried out.
The stage of tool inspection is necessary for ainiieiaiey of the missing 
information on the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of consumption of 
energy and allows to estimate efficiency.
At realization of measurements the existing devices of the account should 
be taken the most already, and at absence portable devices. On the basis of
