86. The age qualification for local government electors and congregational council

electors shall be that applying at any time to Folketing electors. With reference

to the Faeroe Islands and Greenland the age qualification for local government

electors and congregational council electors shall be such as may be provided

for by Statute or fixed in accordance with Statute.

87. Citizens of Iceland who enjoy equal rights with citizens of Denmark under the

Danish-Icelandic Union (Abolition), etc. Act, shall continue to enjoy the rights

attached to Danish citizenship under the provisions of the Constitution Act.
