B1 Samsung ⬆️ Nokia ⬆️ Body 2 Apple ⬆️ LG (SLIGHT)⬇️ ZTE➡️↗️(SLIGHTLY) The bar chart illustrates the number of worldwide sales for the top five best-selling phone brands – Samsung, Apple, Nokia, LG and ZTE, in the years of 2009, 2011 and 2013. the sales figures of five types of mobile products namely Samsung, apple, nokia, lg, zte in three separate years. Units are measured millions of euros. Overall, the sales of all five types of products except zte was quite lower than other from 2009 to 2013. But Samsung and nokia were the only type of mobile brands which increased in popularity among consumers over the period, the amount of other products saw quite a falling trend. A good overview should be short, general and direct, and it should cover the whole graph, not only some parts of it. For the overview you should not write specific details or numbers. Overall, while Nokia and LG lost business during these years, Samsung and Apple emerged as biggest gainers, and ZTE increased its sales marginally. However, there are three other trends which also played an important but negligible role. The total income of apple company mobile phones production increased significantly from 22 million to 150 million between 2009 and 2013. Moreover, the number of consumers of Lg corporation was declined from 130 million to 80 million during the five years, After that Zte saw a slight income of about 80 million in its phone production in 2013. word: 217✔
It can be observed that the mobile phone sales for Apple and LG had reverse trends, although both phones sold less than 150 million units in each of these three years. Apple’s sales rose slightly, while LG’s sales went down gradually. Finally, ZTE remained the least popular phones despite observing a slight rise in sales number from2009 to 2013. It is evident that while the sale of Samsung and Apple phones has increased tremendously during these years, the share of Nokia in global sales has shrunk sharply. Samsung increased its worldwide sales from 240 million units in 2009 to 450 million units in 2013. During these four years, Apple’s cell phone sales increased over eight times from 20 million units to 160 million units. This is not the only way to express the given data and bar chart.
