Please describe how you contribute to the youth development and/or promotion of the role of youth in the decision-making processes in your community.

Working with young people can be challenging and rewarding. Oftentimes, programs and community efforts focus on challenging or risky behavior among our youth. We forget that young people can be a valuable asset to our society. If young people are supported, guided, given the opportunity to use and strengthen their skills, they will have the opportunity to make a positive contribution to society. People working with young people need to learn to recognize their talents and strengths and build on these qualities to improve outcomes for young people and society. Including, I consider myself an important person for my country

Did you previously participate in any of the events organized/sponsored by the OSCE?
If yes, please list them

No, I didn’t participate

Please explain your motivation to participate in this event
(minimum: 250words)

Youth is a time when seeds are planted for a bright future of a person. The future of young people who strive to increase their potential at this stage of life and take a worthy place in society is bright. However, some people don't know that they have entered into the street of crime by doing wrong actions saying that "youth is headlessness ". If they had taken an example from the youth who are contributing to the development of the country with their success, if their parents had not been indifferent to their children, crime among the youth would have decreased significantly. Misguided young people would not have spent the golden period of their precious and unique life behind bars for petty hooliganism and theft, and would not have axed the future of their hearts.
Nowadays, the increasing number of crimes among young people, which worries each of us and is recognized as one of the urgent problems facing the society and the state, shows how important it is to prevent it. President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh. Mirziyoyev said, "If we do not give our children proper upbringing, if we do not keep them aware of their behavior and mood every day, every minute, if we do not teach them science and craft, if we do not find them a decent job, We can understand that it is an urgent issue to increase the legal knowledge of young people, to educate them as patriots, and to prevent them from committing crimes and offenses. It is one of our priority tasks to prevent our young people, who are the future of our tomorrow, from growing up prone to crime under various foreign ideologies in the increasingly complex and dangerous world. Having information and instilling it in our youth.

Please describe your interest and/or experience in the areas of rule of law, integrity, crime prevention
(minimum: 250 words)

I have been interested in the concepts of rule of law and honesty since childhood.
I watch detective films about crime prevention. Moreover, I actively participate in various events and competitions held in order to ensure the rule of law and prevent crime in our country.
The rule of law is a principle directly related to the concepts of people's power and human rights. Because people's power means the right of citizens to directly or indirectly participate in the decision-making process. In this sense, the laws that are an expression of the people's will, adopted by the citizens through their elected representatives to the parliament or by themselves directly through a referendum, are the result, figuratively speaking, the fruit of the people's power. Human rights and freedoms are implemented through laws, in fact, the ultimate goal of laws is to protect people, their rights and freedoms.
As the main elements of the rule of law in international documents, the law-making process is based on legality, covering a transparent, accountable and democratic process; legal certainty; prohibition of arbitrariness; openness of independent and impartial judiciary; as well as the establishment of judicial control over administrative documents; respect for human rights and non-discrimination and equality before the law.
Necessary normative legal and organizational institutional bases for ensuring the rule of law have been formed in our country.
Chapter III of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan is called "The Constitution and the Supremacy of Law", and this chapter is located in the Basic Principles section of our Constitution. It is known from the theory that "principle" refers to management rules. If there is any misunderstanding between other sections of the Constitution, the issue should be resolved based on the main principles, according to the theory. In this sense, the fact that the rule of law is placed in the Main Principles section is a sign that this principle is given special importance in our country.

How are you going to use the knowledge and skills, gained at the event in the future?
(minimum: 250 words)

Through the experience and knowledge I have gained, I will do the following in the future:
First, the principle of separation of powers should be implemented. This is the law in principle
executive, executive and judiciary branches in their own Constitution and law they operate within the limits of their powers. Not only citizens, but also state agencies and officials who apply the Constitution and laws I inculcate the obligation of obedience to both individuals and the authority that creates laws.
Rational distribution of powers, effective functioning of state structures, abuses elimination, practical provision of human rights and freedoms, democracy and law in general
is an important guarantee of priority.
Secondly, in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 93 of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan,
The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the rights and freedoms of citizens, Uzbekistan
He is the guarantor of compliance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic. The President issued his decrees and
the provisions of constitutional principles established in laws with legal decisions paves the way for its full implementation, creates appropriate legal mechanisms. President's With his strict adherence to the laws, he is an example for state agencies and officials shows and mobilizes them to follow the Constitution and laws without deviation. Uzbekistan On January 4, 2002, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan
The adoption of the order "On the organization of learning" is the legal basis of the population in the society
to raise the status and prestige of the Constitution while increasing knowledge and culture is a political-legal event. Thirdly, the full use of laws by citizens
I am trying to increase the capacity sufficiently. But, in any case, follow the adopted laws
is a vital necessity.
