Awkward. On the one hand,you can be sure that people you work with are loyal to you and they share the common goal

Well, if you own a business working with your family members ... phone but at the same time it can be a little problamatic or even awkward. On the one hand ,you can be sure that people you work with are loyal to you and they share the common goal which is to make the company succesfull. But on the other hand, working with your siblings or parents can mean that your conversation always revolves only around the work, even at home. Also sometimes you have conflicts at work which not only put you in an awkward position, but it also affects personal relationship with your family members. Anyway, if I had to take a pick, I'd definetly go for my sister to have as a collegue. First reason why I would choose her is that we have a lot in common in terms of how to run a bussiness or deal with people and solve problems. Also the role I'd give her in my company would be in Human Resources and the reason for that is that she is really good at handling people because she is sociable and good at solving problems then she is a great listener too. Actually she has a bit of experience in this area. And another reason why I'd like my sister to be my collegue is because she can be a good friend and she is older than me ,I belive her wisdom can come in handy because when you run a business there will be moments where your position can have a profound impact not only on you, but also on people around you. So having someone who you can rely on for a good piece of advice is always amazing. Finally the characteristics which I appreciate in my sister is her humour. I dunno how she does it but she is always able to laugh it off when she is criticized. Actually I can learn a lot from her.
