RESEARCH - 2022 305 AN ALTERNATIVE OPTION TO MANUFACTURE BABY TEST Kurbanova Mehribonu Bahadir kizi Mustafakulov Muhammadjon Abduvalievich Hamroyeva Firangiz Nemat kizi Jizzakh branch of the National University of Uzbekistan Abstract: One of the most commonly used medical diagnostic tests is the pregnancy test. Although pregnancy tests look very simple, they are actually used a lot. Everything from the outer plastic shell to the immunoassay strip to the paper strip and the antibodies on it are mechanically or chemically designed based on a known principle. Determination of human chorionic gonadotropin (HGT) in biological fluids (urine) is of great interest for early diagnosis of pregnancy, assessment of pregnancy disorders, as a tumor marker, as a screening procedure for anti-doping control and many other purposes. For the measurement of HGT in urine samples, a simple sandwich-type UltraMicro enzyme is prepared and developed based on the coupled immunosorbent assay. Strips coated with MAB (monoclonal antibody) directed against HGT are used as the solid phase to ensure the specificity of the assay. Keywords: Antibody, chorionic gonadotropin, embryo, immunoSorbent, enzyme, placental cells. Pregnancy tests work by detecting the presence of the hormone human chorionic gonadotropin (HGT). HGT is a hormone produced by the cells of the placenta. Its production begins from the moment the developing embryo attaches to the uterus, 6-12 days after conception [1]. It works on the basis that latex particles coated with anti-HGT antibodies react with female urine. If HGT is present in the urine, an agglutination reaction is observed. Certain blood or serum beta tests can be used to measure HGT levels down to 1 mIU/ml, while urine test strips detect limits between 10 mIU/ml and 100 mIU/ml. Qualitative blood |
