In addition, one of the main tasks of the Special Commission on Reducing the Hidden 
Economy established by the Decree is to take measures to expand cashless payments. 
There is a hidden economy in almost all countries of the world, and until now, no 
country has succeeded in completely eliminating it. But in many countries, the share and 
influence of such an economy has been reduced to a minimal level. When talking about this, 
the experience of European countries can be cited as an example. After all, most of these 
countries have paid special attention to tax mechanisms in the fight against the hidden 
economy and corruption. Because it is precisely the high level of taxes that in many cases 
is considered to be one of the factors that motivates the development of the underground 
economy.
