The purposefully expressed communicative content and the informative content 
formed in the listener's perception (reception) independent of the speaker's desire do not 
negate each other, on the contrary, they mix and combine and become a factor that ensures 
the effectiveness of communication. The combination of communicative and informative 
content ensures the integrity of the macro unit of the communication system. At present, it 
is recognized that only the discourse has such integrity.

Arutyunova's definition of the term discourse is accepted by many as the best 
definition: Discourse - (French discourse - speech) - a text viewed from the perspective of 
reality, compatible with extralinguistic (pragmatic, socio-cultural, psychological and other) 
factors; speech considered as a part of human interaction and their conscious mechanisms 
(cognitive processes) as a purposeful social action. [1.236] 
In discursive analysis, comprehensive linguistic aspects of the text are revealed. 
Because the communicative function of specific language units takes place in the 
communication environment (discourse). Such a high-volume pragmatic analysis began to 
reveal various aspects related to the human phenomenon in the process of communication. 
In the process of linguistic activity, which begins with the acceptance of a certain idea or 
concept within the framework of the national-cultural conditions, the individual gathers the 
indicators specific to the social environment in which he exists. "The phenomenon of 
pragmatic information and precedent used in a literary text or in the process of 
communication is always understandable for all people who lived and live in a certain social 
environment, and its use in the speech process, discourse does not always make it 
understandable for representatives of other languages." [2] 
Sh. Safarov, while analyzing these special aspects of the communication process, 
recognizes the existence of a shell characteristic of national culture. This shell, which 
consists of a collection of ethno-ethical norms, is a space where the rules governing 
communication strategy and tactics are combined.[4,267.] 
A language owner with linguistic and cultural competence uses the specific features 
of the language in the process of speech formation and perception. As a result, the national-
