beginning of pregnancy, the level of HGT increases rapidly, so the best indicator test can be 
done 4 days before the expected menstruation. At the beginning of pregnancy, the level of 
HGT increases rapidly (its value doubles every 2-3 days [8]. 
Conclusion 
Advances in biotechnology have made it possible to perform a pregnancy test at 
home. Further advances in immunology and related fields may lead to tests that are more 
sensitive and can detect pregnancy sooner after conception. Improvements in 
biotechnological processes can lead to tests that are easier and therefore cheaper to 
manufacture. For example, improvements in the production processes of the antibodies 
used in these tests could lead to lower costs and higher sensitivity of home pregnancy tests. 
It is planned to prepare new polosk samples by producing cheap, high-quality, fast-
resulting test samples that meet the requirements of the time, and to produce a substitute 
for import.
