Abstract: The following article describes the cases of hidden illegal fraud from plastic 
cards, fraudulent withdrawal of money, which is becoming an actual problem today, and 
measures to combat this situation, internet security, SWIFT security system and plastic card 
security in our country.

Introduction 
Today, countries all over the world are moving away from cash to a cashless system. 
Currently, the world's qualifications for non-cash account books are divided into 4 groups. 
First, in Singapore, 61% of circulating money is non-cash money, while in Saudi Arabia and 
Egypt, non-cash money is only 1%. Of course, based on the economic policy of each country, 
the mechanisms of monetary aggregates are introduced. 
One of the main tools in the implementation of cashless account books is plastic 
cards. A plastic card is a convenient and high-tech source of information. Nowadays, plastic 
cards are used in almost every aspect. In everyday life, they are often used for purchases 
in stores, settlements with online stores, payments for using various remote services, 
receiving wages, traveling abroad, etc. Due to the advantages of plastic cards, the demand 
for plastic cards among the population is increasing, in addition, the share of credit card 
issuers in the total number of credit organizations is increasing, the issuance of cards is 
increasing throughout the Republic, their number and the volume of transactions carried out
