Choosing the type and format of the event Based on the existing conditions, it was decided to hold a one-day seminar with the participation of the famous speaker Ibrahim Gulyamov. 5. Drawing up a scenario, program, schedule of the event Seminar Program 11:00 - 13:00 Seminar. Part 1. 13:00 - 14:00 A break. A delicious coffee break will be organized for the participants. Budgeting The budget of the event has been drawn up. All planned costs were included into the costs. The budgetary cost estimate and calculations can be found in the Appendix #1. 8. Evaluation of the event Every event should be evaluated. Usuallycompanies arrange evaluation in order to know whether this Event will be profitable (whether the investment stakeholders made is recouped). Did all stakeholders meet theirs interests? Have they achieved theirsgoals? At the present, there are many methods of evaluation of events. One of the most effective techniques is the “SMART” concept. (Doran, 1981)Based on this concept goals of the event are set according to SMART parameters in order to achieve stakeholders’ goals from organizing of any event. Besides that there can be usedthe ROI method to analyze the cost-effectiveness of the event. For ROI calculation it is require the budgetary cost estimate data which is shown in the Annex #1. W e used the formula (TechTarget Contributor, n.d.) given below. Figure 6. ROI formula. Total Revenue (79 250 000UZS) Total Expenses (35 250 000UZS) ROI indicates productivity of our (seminar organizer’s) investment at the amount of 124,8%. It can be seen from the table (see Annex #1, sheet “Result”) that our efforts are paid off completely and brought us (as an organizer) a profit at the amount of $ 1233. The goal of corporate event organizers is to provide a value, profit and benefits for all stakeholders. (“ROI for events: how to justify the financial value of the event. ROI Institute Methodology, USA”, 2017) In order to assess the degree of satisfaction of the participants and the quality of the organization of the event (how comfortable, satisfying, convenient it was) we have arranged a survey. The results were obtained during the questionnaire survey, which was conducted at the end of the event. Participants of the event were asked to fill out a questionnaire, thereby getting the opportunity to participate in the lottery game. 100% audience participation was ensured. The questionnaire included the following questions: 1) Your age. 2) Occupation. 3) How did you hear about the event? 4) What is the purpose of attending the seminar? 5) Did you like the event? The questionnaire was designed in such a way that it reflected effective information about target audience, target composition of participants. The following criteria were used in the survey.

Comments: ____________________________________________________________________________ ____________________________________________________________________________ ____________________________________________________________________________ After survey papers were collected there was performed a lottery game. All papers were put into lottery drum. And mosthappiest participants won valuable gifts. There were presented prizes, gifts and books with Ibrahim Gulyamov’s autograph to all participants. At the send of the seminar there was made a photo-session. Attendees could ask Ibrahim Gulyamovtheir questions. All in all, everyone was glad and happy! In conclusion, I can say that event evaluation is a crucial process. It doesn’t matter will it be a seminar or round table, or even any Grand Opening, the event should be evaluated. If we know both advantages and disadvantages of the event organization, it will help us to organize next events by taking into account all pros and cons, and we will achieve success in organizing of the events and generally in the event industry.
