1. GENERAL RULES FOR IMPLEMENTING THE COURSE 
PROJECT 
A course project is a scientific research carried out independently by a 
student, in which the student shows how well he has mastered theoretical knowledge 
and practical lessons during the study period. 
A course project is in accordance with the requirements of the state educational 
standards for this bachelor's course, the prospects for the development of companies 
from the main objects of economic entities, and the content of the investment policy 
of our country and the economic reforms being carried out in this regard. 
The course covers methods of managing project investment processes, methods 
and sources of investment formation and direction, internal economic activities, 
production and business planning of companies and enterprises, development of 
investment projects, essence and methods of project analysis, products (works, 
services) to include technical, technological, organizational, economic and 
sociological studies on the composition of production and sales costs and the 
procedure for forming financial results, development of project documents, as well 
as ways to increase the efficiency of future investments, ways to solve problems it 
should be scientifically based. 
In the course project, the priorities of effective use of internal and external 
investments attracted to economic sectors are determined, including agriculture, be 
able to create investment projects, the factors affecting the efficiency indicators of 
investment projects, performance of project analysis improvement, preparation of 
project documents is performed on the basis of practical data of precisely selected 
objects by theoretically illuminating the essence of the topic are illustrated. This 
work should be based on specific research results and have a system of 
recommendations for their implementation.

The course is evaluated based on the quality of the project, its scientificity, the 
relevance of the chosen topic, the level of the student's ability to demonstrate creative 
approach to independent work. 
During the course project, students should pay attention to the following: 
- to be aware of the scientific methods of studying and understanding reality; 
- a deep understanding of the nature and content of the economic reforms 
implemented in our country, a close acquaintance with the principles of the state's 
agrarian policy; 
- to study the decrees and decisions of the President, decisions of the Cabinet 
of Ministers, regulatory legal documents on the reform and development of 
agriculture; 
- regulatory and legal documents related to the development of agriculture in 
the Republic, investment and attraction of investments, strategy of investment 
activities, specific features of attracting investments in agriculture and application 
of innovative technologies, as well as foreign investment activities, in the field of 
investment taking into account the balance between the economic sectors of the 
country, planning the investment spending in which direction of agriculture and 
carrying out work on its improvement; 
- to deeply understand the nature of the issue being studied through scientific 
literature and other sources; 
- complete collection and processing of all information that serves to reveal the 
topic on the example of a specific farm; 
- effective use of various methods of conducting economic research, 
recommendations of scientific and research institutions, advanced experience, local 
and foreign literature; 
- to pay attention to the high scientific level of the work, sufficient relevance of 
the topic; 
- to clearly reveal the issue under study, to avoid plagiarism in the work, the 
use of unnecessary and redundant information; 
- paying attention to the logical structure of chapters and sections, not allowing 
the volume of the project to increase by briefly stating the ideas; 
- to analyze the issue with the help of specific evidence and figures, to be able 
to give recommendations and conclusions based on the content of the case; 
- to pay attention to the validity of the proposed solutions and to be the criteria 
for evaluating their effectiveness, not to allow the work to consist only of empty 
statements of facts; 
- effective use of visual aids at work, i.e. tables, drawings, diagrams and graphs; 
- conducting goal-oriented and systematized work on the topic, strict adherence 
to course work deadlines.

The course is determined by the quality of the project, its scientific novelty, the 
modernity of the topic and the production orientation. 
Students are responsible for the correctness and quality of proposals and 
comments, conclusions and all calculations made in the course project.
