Business plan Forger’s company It is the company that specializes in forging objects from different types of metals. The reason for it to specializing in forging is that there almost no competitors in Uzbekistan and the cost of materials used in the really cheap. The thing that should be paid attention would be the laborers and the workers of the company as forging is a no-easy job. This company also takes personal booking individuals and from other companies, like car manufacturing. Additionally, this company takes repair requests. The only competitors that we see in this industry in Uzbekistan are local blacksmiths. This company is more like branch of trees spread through the whole country. It has a branch in every district, while headquarters are located in the capital. Though the atmosphere in all of the branches may not be the same, the company guarantees the quality of their products.
The above shows the cost effectiveness of the metal industry. In Uzbekistan most of the metals are reforged by the government, and then brought to the market. In the current era of entrepreneurship that this country is encouraging it will not be difficult to reach success in this industry.
