Task 1.
a) There are various means of travelling. For me there is nothing like travel by air; it is more comfortable, more convenient and, of course, far quicker than any other means. There is none of the dust and dirt of a railway or car journey, none of the trouble of changing from train to steamer and then to another train.
With a train you have speed, comfort and pleasure combined. From the comfortable seat of a railway carriage you have a splendid view of the whole countryside. If you are hungry, you can have a meal in the dining-car; and if a journey is a long one you can have a wonderful bed in a sleeper.

b) I do enjoy travelling a lot because it allows me to learn about different places, different people, different cultures and different kinds of lifestyles. Besides, it helps me to recuperate from the stress of my work life as well as the boredom of following the monotonous daily routines of my life.
Travel is an important part of my life and a great learning experience. Here is what I love about traveling:
Travelling interests me more than any other thing would ever do. It is the best form of learning. To imbibe the new culture, to know it's people, to understand the diversity, to explore the places you never knew, stories you never heard, history you were unaware of, geography you learn to cope up with, the way they lived, the way they are living, to know not only about the place but also it's people. It is like a human library at a different place. Every time you visit a new place, it is like you leave a part of your heart in that place and you live a part of the place in your heart.
Travelling gives you the experience and teaches you life like nothing else can, nothing else ever did.
Task 2. Write about your own career .
a)What is your speciality?
I am currently studying at the Tashkent Financial Institute in the field of economic security.
Students entering this faculty may specialize in the following fields:
1. Economics;
2. Economics and management at the enterprise of oil and gas industry;
3. Management, economics and administration at the enterprise of oil and gas
industry;
4. Economics and management at the enterprise of oil-refining and petrochemical
industry;
5. Mathematical methods in economics;
6. Taxes and taxation;
7. Accounting, analysis and auditing.
The first year of studies are aimed at providing general education which includes humanities, social sciences, applied and natural sciences, computing and foreign languages. The next two years are devoted entirely to such special subjects as: economics, economic theories, management, accounting, auditing, taxation and many others. Studying economics helps students to improve their analytical skills, which are in great demand at the workplace. Also the study of economics helps them to make sense of the everyday activity.
Earlier, I graduated from Tashkent University of Information Technologies with a degree in information security.
b) Describe your working day
I start my day early in the morning. I usually get up at 7 a.m. and do things that everybody does at this time: washing, having breakfast and working out for 30 minutes. Also, I get my things, like a wallet, keys, backpack and a tablet, and leave home at about 9 o’clock. I have a car . It takes 20 minutes to get to my office by my car.
My day at work is typical: phone calls, talking to people, answering emails, writing reports and discussing some important issues with my boss. So you can imagine that I have my hands full.
During the day we have a break for lunch. I usually eat in the kitchen with co-workers. Sometimes we play football, ping-pong, and video games. Then back to work. I usually leave at 7:15 p.m. After leaving my office I go to the supermarket to buy some food and go home.
While returning home I always listen some interesting musics. I am at home at about half past nine. After work I spend my time with my family. Sometimes I watch football on TV. At last, I go to bed at 12.
So now you know how I spend my working day.
