The social essence of tourist resources and its place in society .Tourism has become one of the most lucrative industries in the world today. In recent years, it accounts for 10% of global trade in goods and services. Therefore, in many countries, special attention is paid to this area. In particular, Uzbekistan is taking all possible measures to develop tourism at the state level. Our country has all the opportunities to develop tourism. First of all, the richness of tourist resources is a proof of this. Of course, the formation and development of tourism depends on the potential of tourist resources. The more diverse the country has tourist resources, the easier it will be to develop tourism. The importance of tourist resources in tourism stems from its socio-economic content. Tourism is a part of the social sphere, the main activities of which are to provide services to the consumer to create a material and intangible environment in the process of consumption, to create conditions for change of leisure and activities, to provide health care , as well as important in shaping the general education and cultural and technical level of the population. At present, the organization of recreation through tourism resources, the restoration of human vitality, the efficient and proper use of leisure time are provided. Also, tourist resources have a positive impact on international, interstate and intercity relations in the development, perfection of the individual, raising the intellectual level of the traveler, improving the nervous state, characterization as a person. In addition, tourist resources ensure the social efficiency of tourism. This sector is understood as the direct travel of the needy segment of the population, ie such categories of the population as schoolchildren, retirees, students, the disabled, the elderly. Most importantly, the investment in this area will be for social support, not for profit . There are direct and indirect links between population health and environmental quality. For example, according to the World Health, 40-50% of their economic supply and the health of the population living lifestyle, 18-20 % depends on the state of the environment, 20-30% on the level of medical care. Air pollution causes 43-45% of public health to deteriorate. The modern science of hygiene of the environment the average level of illness of the population growth of 20 % discovered. In this situation, recreational activities Have become an important network of production and services, which serves to improve the use of leisure time of the population and the organization of recreation. Recreation covers a wide range of areas that are highly valued by humans and have a social outcome. In it, recreation and health, knowledge and creativity, acquaintance with people and nature, improvement of education and upbringing, etc. are expressed together. Satisfaction of such needs allows to achieve health, prolong life, increase the physical and spiritual level of a person, personal development, increase knowledge and skills, and a number of other social results. Recreational activities based on natural factors (tourism) and means of mass prevention of diseases common among the urban and rural population. It not only restores the ability to work and increases labor productivity, but also prevents the occurrence of 20-50% of pathologies of cardiovascular, nervous, respiratory, gastrointestinal and bone diseases. Given the favorable climatic conditions and unique landscape of Uzbekistan, there is every reason for the development of sports and eco-tourism. The Fergana Valley and Tashkent region are rich in magnificent mountain systems, flourishing valleys and magnificent mountain rivers. The fresh mountain air, the abundance of sunny days throughout the year, the magnificent mountain scenery allow not only citizens of Uzbekistan, but also residents of neighboring countries such as Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan to become tourist attractions. Different types of mineral waters are widespread in the territory of Uzbekistan, more than 300 medicinal groundwater springs in the country are visited by many people. Currently, 121 of these sources are operational. There are many mountain resorts where Chimgan and Turtkul can be developed. High snow mountains allow you to practice various types of mountain tourism, such as mountaineering, speleotourism, river tourism. The abundance of medicinal herbs makes it possible to organize species for the collection of different ecological species, different herbs and plants. This is of interest among many foreign tourists. Tourist resources are a national treasure that reflects and defines the culture, traditions, customs, spirituality of the people. It is not for nothing that our great master Amir Temur said, "If you want to know our power, look at the buildings we have built." Depending on the condition of these ancient architectural monuments, cultural objects and the environment, nature, it is possible to determine the spiritual and cultural level of the population of the place .
