Alex: Well not so much, the only books in English I’ve got I think I’ve got my collection of Iris Murdoch. Rod: Ah, Iris Murdoch. That’s not exactly the Japanese army. Alex: No no, but that’s the only thing of fiction which I am reading … from time to time at least. Rod: And Iris Murdoch… a particular liking for her, why?
