Activity 1 Work in pairs. Check your partner’s homework.
Objectives: to check homework; to practice peer evaluation skills;
PP can exchange their exercise books and check each other’s homework. If the atmosphere in your class is friendly you can encourage them to give each other a mark for their work.
Activity 2a, 2b, 2c
Objective: to present the structure inductively;
PP look at the sentences in 2a and match them with possession or regular activity in 2b. The activity helps to develop PP’ cognitive skills. Instead of you telling them the grammar rules you make them work these
rules out. PP answer the questions in 2c in their mother tongue.
1. Anvar has got a schoolbag.
2 . He has got a brother.
3 . We have Uzbek on Monday.
4 . We have English on Tuesday.
