Sir, I've just checked the system that there 6 companies are working on this shipment it means you are competing with yourself!
I mean they have posted it really high price and keep it increasing if you keep working with so many companies as the same time, I cannot work on it as none of the drivers want to go for this kind of options!
I can work and make the shipment happen for you on time if you cancel with them!

Insurance:
Your vehicle will be insured against any transport damage caused by driver negligence. Our drivers carry a minimum of $500,000 in liability insurance. Each driver is also required to carry a minimum of $100,000 or more in cargo insurance (depending on the size of truck the vehicle is being transported on) and enclosed carriers require more cargo insurance.
Personal items:
Yes, you are allowed to put up to 100lbs of personal belongings in your vehicle. It must be confined to the trunk area and must be well secured. All personal items in the vehicle are placed there at the owner’s risk, they are not covered by the truck’s insurance. We do not recommend packing electronics, breakable items or valuable items. An additional fee of $100 will be charged per 100lbs if you put more than 100lbs into your vehicle.

Gaining customer’s business:
Okay. You don’t have to work with me but quick advice the price that other companies are offering is too low, the drivers won’t even call them for this price. You should understand it is not up to us, it is up to the drivers. We all work under the same system, the reason why they are giving you this price is to get your business. They know they can’t get a driver, but by giving low price, they can get you and you pay them their deposit which is usually $200 in your situation and after that they know you will agree with them even if they raise the price. We don’t have drivers we are middle men between drivers and customers if they say they have a driver that’s a lie. Only hint for you, just tell them you don’t pay them deposit unless the driver shows up then you will see either they will never disturb you or they will tell you it is going to be expensive.
