Introduction.
At a present moment higher education institutions are given big responsibility to prepare high skill personnel for developing social, economical, political, scientific and cultural life of the Independent Republic of Uzbekistan.1 As, the president of our republic I.A.Karimov said in the meeting dedicated for opening Tashkent International Westminster University: “Today we stopped such level of the world development, that it cannot be mistake if we say now knowledge and enlightenments, countries and every nation’s opportunities and possibilities”.
It is our task to prepare teach professionally component and energetic personal real patriots to see them in the world depository of science and culture. In this plan the national program about training personnel was worked out on the formation of new generation of specialists with the high common and professionally culture, creative and social activity, with the ability to orientate in the social and political life independently, capable to raise and solve the problems to the perspective.2
Here the notable place is assigned to the general applied linguistics which carries responsibility for such socially and scientifically important sphere of knowledge as Lexicology, Stylistics, Methods of language teaching, Translation theory and so on.
As we know nowadays one of the actual and important problems of modem linguistic researches is to teach and develop writing skills effectively. However, the large number of the pedagogical approaches studying many aspects of teaching writing are not sufficiently researched up to our time. Especially this concerns the apparatus of conducting lessons on the basis of peer feedback and evaluation technique.
Academic writing is always considered as a milestone developing and broadening the horizon of language learners. This process is based not only the structure, but also clearly and precisely thinking of students. So it is sometimes considered as a treasure of the basic language skills.
