Object and subject of graduation work. The criteria and tools in the implementation of the blended learning system in higher educational institutions in our republic are the objects of this graduation work.
The effectiveness of the use of online educational tools in blended learning as the subject of graduation work is an analysis of the types and specifics of online educational tools. It is known that due to the rapid development of technology and the internet, they are also actively used in educational institutions. Especially in the strict quarantine regime caused by the Covid 19 virus, mixed education has developed rapidly all over the world. Many online platforms have been developed and are offering training courses. Their effectiveness was recognized by many readers. Therefore, we are also trying to emphasize this educational system in our country.
Goals and objectives of graduation work. The study of the importance of online educational tools in the development of mixed education is an educational method that can contribute to the development of the higher education system.
It follows from this that we have defined the following as the tasks of the graduation work.

  The development of a blended learning system, the study of its features, achievements, and shortcomings;

  To collect information about universities that have implemented blended learning in the Republic of Uzbekistan and study them;
  
• 
  To study and find solutions to the problems faced in the implementation of the mixed education system in the conditions of Uzbekistan;
  
• 
  To study the importance of online educational tools and Internet resources in education and to find reliable sources and analyze them;
  
• 
  To outline advanced theoretical conclusions and practical proposals on the possibilities of improving the effectiveness of blended learning.
  

Brief mutual analysis of the literature and regulatory legal acts used in the preparation of the graduation work. Great importance is attached to the education of young people in our republic and their professional maturity. In the process of preparing the graduation work on the selected topic, the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the “Law on Education” of September 23, 2020, the National Program for training personnel, decisions of January 16, 2019 PQ-4119 “on additional measures to improve the quality control system of Education” were used and several decisions and orders of the Ministry of higher and secondary were studied.
At the same time, we read and analyzed articles on our topic in the popular magazines of our country and World Science. Abdullaeva, G., Yuldashev, A. and Kholmominov A., and others have published their academic papers on the subject in international journals. Also, A. Mangutova covered several important topics in her monograph on this type of Education. The scientific works of foreign experts, such as Graham, Hew, and Harrison, were studied. We were quoted from their opinions and expressed our thoughts.
The theoretical and practical significance of graduation work. The conclusions drawn from the research, and the analysis and research features of online educational tools that can work in mixed education can be useful resources in improving the higher education system. The online educational tools studied during the study can serve lesson processes and independent educational tasks and their assessment.
Description of the structure of the graduation work. Structurally, the graduation work consists of an introduction, two chapters, four paragraphs, conclusions, suggestions, a list of literature used, and applications. The total volume of graduation work consists of 41 pages.
