6. FORCE-MAJEUR
6.1. Parties are released from their obligations for partial or full non-execution of obligations under present Contract if it comes as a result of Force-majeure circumstances, namely: fire, flood, earthquake, wars, blockades, government decisions and others, if these circumstances have directly influenced on execution of present Contract.


6.2 In case of heavy snowfall in mountainous fossil sites, it is decided by negotiations between both parties
6.3. Party which is unable to perform its obligations under present Contract is obliged to advise another Party within 30 working days on commencing and cessation of above-mentioned circumstances.
6.4. Information given out by authorized bodies of the countries of the Seller and Buyer serves as an appropriate proof of presence and duration of the circumstances mentioned above.
6.5. Parties are obliged to perform their obligations under this Contract at once after expiration of Force- Majeure circumstances.
6.6 If the force-majeure circumstances prolong for more than 2 months, the Parties have a right for partial or full cancellation of the Contract, in this case neither of Parties have a right to require for compensation of possible losses from another party.
7. OTHER TERMS
7.1. All appendices and addenda to present contract are considered as its integral parts, if they are composed in written form and signed by both parties' competent representatives.
7.2. Present contract is drawn up in English and Russian, in 2 copies, having equal legal force, one copy for each party. In case if any discrepancy in the texts arises. Russian version shall prevail.
