GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES

the “Service provider”,
ON THE OTHER HAND
Hereinafter referred to individually as the “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
A. Nfinite holds the Nfinite web platform accessible at www.nfinite.app (the “Platform”), which
specializes in the publishing of 3D visual content creation solutions involving Service
Providers in the context of orders placed by its individual or professional clients (the
“Clients”) who have decoration, interior design, renovation, construction or furnishing
projects.
B. Nfinite offers its Clients a range of architectural and/or interior design services, from the
search for ideas and inspiration to the preparation and execution of an interior design project
(the “Services”).
C. In order to perform these Services, Nfinite has decided to work with the Service Provider, who
is recognized as a professional in the fields of architecture, interior design, decoration,
computer graphics, human resources management or management, in order to produce the
Deliverables required to complete the projects ordered by the Clients (the “Mission”). The
“Deliverables” shall mean all results and documents provided by the Service Provider to
Nfinite upon completion of the Services and allowing for the completion of the Client's
project.
D. The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions For the Provision of Services (the “TCs”)
is to govern the collaboration between the Parties and their respective rights and obligations.
In particular, these TCs determine the terms and conditions under which the Service Provider
will perform the Services on behalf of Nfinite. The Service Provider hereby accepts in their
entirety and irrevocably the present TCs upon joining the Nfinite community.
