The verbs “partir” (to go) and “arriver” (to arrive) are in the Future tense as
both are implied to happen at sometime.

conditional desire
A duty or obligation
When conjugating verbs that have –er and –ir,
the infinitives are dropped
and replaced. However, with verbs that end with –re only -e is dropped.
