CREATE A MOBILE APPLICATION TO AUTOMATE MANAGEMENT OF MEDICAL CENTERS
MOBILE MEDICAL APPLICATION
Mobile health app or medical services patient tracking apps, documentation and service messages are becoming increasingly useful for every user who accesses or uses this smartphone mobile app. Healthcare applications can radically improve the convenience and speed for healthcare professionals to access, analyze, and respond to clinical data and reference data. Smartphones or touch-screen devices also help clinicians by providing the ability to visually display and manipulate reports based on reference materials and parameters. The overall architecture of a health monitoring application, or health service application, consists of three separate layers. The first level consists of sensory devices that monitor the vital signs of the human body. Secondary IPDAs include end-user devices such as tablets or smartphones. These devices act as data transfer intermediaries between the first level and the third level. At the third level, there are servers to perform the actual functions of the platform and provide access to the database for a number of applications. In recent years, there has been an increase in the number of smartphones in Uzbekistan by health professionals. A smartphone is a new technology that combines mobile communication and computing on a tablet, a hand-sized device like the iPad, making mobile computing easier at the maintenance point. The main goal of this study is to classify smartphone-based health technologies in the literature according to their functions and to generalize them into each category. We present an analysis of the systematic literature on this subject. According to our data, this study is the first study on the classification and generalization of health services for smartphones in the format of reviewing the systematic literature. The mobile health apps studied before the scenario are the use of wireless devices to support public health and clinical practice. The goal of the mobile app is to quickly share health information anytime, anywhere, allowing patients to self-monitor and access their complete records. Doctors have compiled the illnesses of people who spend all day on the computer. Their list includes: headache (migraine may develop), eye pain (worsening of the eye), neck muscles, arms, spine, waist, face and skin. itching, inflammation of the skin, eczema are insomnia pains. Most computer users complain of eye pain. Pain in the back, neck and joints make a person feel uncomfortable sitting in front of a computer and often in the wrong position. When a computer is running, some parts create an electromagnetic field that can adversely affect any living organism. The waves of a computer's electromagnetic field are of different lengths. For example, millimeter-diameter waves are absorbed by the surface layers of human skin, centimeters - skin and surrounding tissues, waves - to a depth of 10 cm, which means that electromagnetic waves can pass through a person. This is very harmful. Do you remember what to cook in the microwave? The electromagnetic field affects human cells and tissues, which weakens the conditioned reflex activity, reduces the bioelectrical activity of the brain, and leads to changes in internal connections. Electromagnetic fields increase body temperature as a result of exposure to humans. In this case, the most vulnerable human body causes chronic diseases of the following organs: liver, pancreas, bladder, stomach. To increase safety while working on a computer, you should first pay attention to the study of the comfort of the workplace. Here are some steps you can take to begin the process of preparation for mediation. 1. Placing the top of the monitor directly in front of the middle of your eyes will keep your head straight and prevent the development of osteochondrosis. The distance from the monitor to the eye should be at least 45 cm; 2. The back and armrests of the chair, as well as the legs, should be high enough to support the floor. It is advisable to buy a chair with adjustable height. Such a chair is comfortable in every way. 3. The placement of frequently used items should not result in prolonged stay in any turning position; 4. Workspace lighting does not want to be displayed on the monitor screen. You can't put a monitor screen next to a window because you can see things outside the window on the screen. 5. The elbow angle of the hand should be straight when working with the keyboard (90 degrees); 6. When working with the mouse, the fingers should be flat and not on the edge of the table. While at work, remember to take regular breaks to relax. Of course, drinking tea with colleagues and discussing the latest news is not bad, but it is better to use them in special gymnastics classes. Sanitary rules and regulations are given to exercise the eyes, improve cerebral circulation, and relieve fatigue from the shoulders, body, and legs. We give an example of one of them. - Put your hand on the edge of the table. Hold your fingers with your other hand, pull your fingers back and hold them in this position for 5 seconds. Repeat the exercise for the other arm. - Place your light hand on the table and pull your fingers and wrists for 5 seconds. Do the same with your other hand. - Tighten your fingers on the fists and then straighten them. - Stand flat on the chair, feet firmly on the ground. Bend your head as low as possible towards your knees and stay in this position for 10 seconds. Then, tie the leg muscles tightly. Repeat the exercise 3 times. In conclusion, everyone should take care of their own health. Prevention of respiratory diseases includes wet cleaning and air purification. It is best to place the fish aquarium close to the computer, which will increase the humidity and also calm the fish nerves. To reduce the deionization of the air to mitigate the effects of the electromagnetic field, block the air balance in the room with a computer air ionizer. Sudden ions have a positive effect on the human condition: psychological and physical condition improves, resistance to disease increases, the number of bacteria in the room decreases, the air is cleaned of suspension microwaves, the effect of static electricity is reduced. When you work at a computer, watching nature, taking breaks from work - all of these increase your ability to recover and save you from serious illnesses. References: 1.
