acknowledged that this form is a power of attorney from the sender to WIC for the purpose of effecting the money transfer service.
2. It is agreed that WIC WorldCom Finance Ltd will be acting as an agent to deliver the funds sender requests to transfer in the manner chosen by sender.
3. WIC WorldCom Finance Ltd will have no responsibility for any commissions that are charged by correspondent banks involved in any transaction. Any such commissions will be deducted from the amount remitted.

sender and not by WIC WorldCom Finance Ltd. As such, in no event shall WIC or any of its agents be liable for damages, for delay, non-payment or underpayment of this money transfer, whether caused by negligence on the
part of their employees or agents or representatives 0r otherwise, beyond the sum of the principal amount of the money transfer and the commission fee charged plus statutory interest. WIC WorldCom Finance Ltd shall not be
held responsible for any variances or service delays due to local regulations or causes beyond its control, including, but not limited to, acts of god, strikes and other labor disputes, fire, explosions, floods, earthquakes, typhoons,
epidemics, wars or government action, and shall not be responsible for any incidental direct or indirect.
