Description of the task „ Notice for adding a student to the state budget group of the proffesional program ”
When the educational institution adds a student to the professional education program group (program codes start with 22; 32a; 32b; 33; 35a; 35b, 37) in the state budget financing, it is necessary to check whether the learner is added to the group of this or another educational institution (program codes starts with 22; 32a; 32b; 33; 35a; 35b, 37) in the state budget financing. And if it is added, an informative statement would be required. Anticipating possible answers: "jā" - data is saved; "nē" - data is not saved.

Justification:

Article 31 of the Law on Professional Education, Part 4 prim:
Programs of basic professional education, vocational education, professional secondary education or higher professional education can be studied one at the same time for the funds of the state budget.
Explanation in annotation:
In order to prevent the illegal use of state budget funds, for example, in cases where a person is on the list of students of several educational institutions at the same time, but actually attends only one educational institution, as well as taking into account the fact that it is not possible to study several programs at the same time with high quality, it is intended that only one of the programs mentioned in the article can be studied at the same time with the funds of the state budget.
