Lesson 3 Birthdays are fun!

The aim of the lesson:

Educational: - to learn about types of birthday parties; - to learn how to write an answer to an invitation card.

Developing: - to enable pupils to say what birthday party they would like to have and why; - to enable pupils to write an answer to an invitation card.

Socio-cultural: - to raise awareness of the importance of writing an answer to an invitation card.

Competence: SC3, LC, FLCC

Learning outcomes: At the end of the lesson pupils will be able to: - talk about types of birthday parties; - say what birthday party they would like to have and why; - write an answer to an invitation card.
