Dear Global UGRAD Admission Committee,
I am Doston Ravshanov the leader of Youth Uninon at Karshi State University and it`s my pleasure to recommend Jaloliddin who is applying to your Global UGRAD Exchange program . He differs from other students with his outstanding qualities that being supportive ,open-minded and being leader to manage others. He is also one of the best members of the ``Young Leaders`` team . I can cite some his efforts that I witnessed and worth to say .
Firstly , he has a good leadership talent because I can say one clear example that he conducted a briefing that its theme about ``to support people who are facing financial issues during their study``at Regional Youth Union center. He highlighted ``everyone should be educated in spite of being from poor or average family members``. He also showed his project that was focused on supporting the children of people who can not afford to give their children to private schools due to a lack of money.After he had finished his brifing a lot of volunteers supported and followed him. As a consequence , he developed his project and this project gave children some chances to educate effectively. Also he is the winner of scholarship of Ibrat Language Campus program and he has been for a week there . Not only he participated in that program ,but also he conducted some online webinars about various topics in that place.
Moreover ,Jaloliddin is a very supportive person as a result of this he can not tolerate without looking after others who are living in a challenging life or living with disease. Every year he along with the authority of his university or Regional Youth Union center organizes various events in a ``International Disabled Day``. Apart from this he also takes care of some children who are living without the custody of their parents .
In addition, Jaloliddin is always active all competitions such as ``Intellectual game of intelligence``, apart from his curriculum in his study. He is a bookworm person as well and he have organized one team that is called ``Intellect`` and he is the captain of this team. All the participants of this group love reading a lot . Jaloliddin along with his team has won at the bookworm competition between all the students of university. Additionally, he is one of the active volunteers at Karshi American Corner because of his interests that the sparks of it occurred in his childhood to American culture and education.he sometimes organizes some briefings about different topic in that place and he is continuing to widen his horizon and knowledge about American culture and education as a volunteer of American Corner in Karshi.
All in all, Jaloliddin is the most suitable person to your Exchange Program because he never fears facing challenges in his study and he always becomes a good leader no matter where he is . I have no doubt he will continue being an active volunteer in your exchange program and he will organize some events about American and Uzbek culture . I highly recommend Jaloliddin to your program .
