Dear Global UGRD admissions committee
It is my pleasure and honor to write this recommendation letter for my student Mahbubakhon Jalolova to support her application to the Global UGRAD exchange program. I have known Mahbubakhon for two years in my capacity as a professor at the Tashkent state university of Oriental studies.
Despite she did not have so high academic achievements, I can recommend her without any hesitation because of her executive personality and contribution to our university. Students usually face different challenges in their freshman year, as we have a wide range of subjects. However, she is rising academically and getting impressive grades in her major subjects taught by foreign professors with different methods due to her analytical thinking skills. She can find motivation for herself even in harsh times and cope with them. As she has organized her time wisely, she has developed multitasking skills quite well. Her talent always makes stand her up among his peers.
Considering her personality, she is really hard-working and open-minded person. She is full of new, productive ideas and plans. She always tries to share anything which she finds beneficial with others. Recently she has founded a speaking club for our students, as she has good skills and teaching experience. Once, I have personally attended to the club and must admit that the methods she uses during lesson is really helpful and effective.
Mahbubakhon has a strong sense of team-working and cooperation. She is also an active member of the "leader girls" club organized in order to support the young women leaders by our university rector. She has already demonstrated her goal-seeking and creativity while participating in intellectual competitions.
Her voluntary experience has quite expanded. The latest is an active involvement in the UNESCO World Conference on Early Childhood Care and Education in Tashkent. She showed her talent there and drew the guests' attention. The opportunity to meet and interact with people from different cultures and backgrounds makes her excited. With her easy-going and charismatic character she can interact with foreigners easily. I believe she will not face any problems, like culture shock, when she is selected to study abroad.
To conclude, I would definitely recommend Mahbubakhon, as she does not know to stop and develop in her way if she aims it. She has a great potential to amend everything around her to a positive side. That is why I claim her as a leader. Full of enthusiasm and creativity, she is the best fit for this program. Should you have any further inquiries, please feel free to contact me.
Regards,
Shoira Usmanova
