Dear Mr Thomas,
I am writing to ask your permission for 2 days in order to be free from my work on 22 nd and 23 rd December. I am hoping that you would be able to find someone to cover my duties.
The first thing I can say that I have very important meeting with my fiends who are my course mates to celebrate our anniversary. Therefore I must go Tashkent tomorrow. Secondly, I did all my given tasks by you and Jahongir who are my workmates promise to assist to complete my works as soon as possible.
Moreover, we are going to celebrate our anniversary next month, however, most of us have a lot of works and some won't be here so that our decision is to celebrate our party in this week.
I hope that my request will not inconvenience you too much. I appreciate your assistance. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
