Dear Sir /Madam,
I am writing to complain about the service of your online shop . I have recently purchased a blouse and skirt from your online shop, my order number is #55857699. My package is arrived this morning, unfortunately there is some problem with my package.
The first thing I would like to draw your attention to is delivery time. The package arrived after nine days, and on your website you write that delivery time is maximum six days. Furthermore, the color I order was bright blue but my blouse was grey. Secondly, the high of skirt which I order was under knee but I received short skirt .
I am going to go aboard on Wednesday, so I do not have enough time. I think this complaint deserve your attention. I would like you to give my full refund quickly or send again my blouse and skirt as I order.
