Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to you requesting a one-week stay at your hotel . I hope that you will be able to provide with suitable accommodation and help us to have a nice weekend
We will be arriving at the hotel on july 10^th and leave on july 17^th . I am going to stay there with my sister ,so I would appreciate if you will reserve a two- bedroom flat with all the necessary facilities. It is vital that there should be a bathroom with hot water and a bath. In addition to this, air conditioner is also one of the most essential items as the days are exteremely boiling AND we do not want to get hot and sweat. Moreover , we would be glad if the flat is located on the first floor and has a view of the sea
Furthermore , we wonder what kind of activities you can provide us with. Outdoor activities and group games fascinate us most. Please keep us informed about sightseeings and places of interest where we can go and enjoy nature there.
Last but not least, can you give information about the cost of this hotel we are interested if breakfast , lunch and dinner are included in it or not. You can send the above mentioned information to my e-mail.
