Dear Thomas George,

I am your tenant in house B203 and I am writing this letter with regard to complain about the noise disturbing me for over one month by residents of the house B204.
Generally, five people live in B204 and they constantly make unpleasentful sounds which is making me nervous. I realized that they are musician group. I want to inform you that I am preparing for my annual exams, thereby I am facing difficulty to draw my consideration and study smartly. Sometimes these neighbors play their instruments at night or in early morning which is disrupting my sleep cycle. I tried to negotiate with them about this situation and I could not make deal with them. They said it is their job and they should independent without taking any permissions from others. I request you to solve this problem either by kicking out them from this apartment or replacing me to another flat. I kindly wait for your response as soon as possible and I hope you will come up with right and fair decision.
