Deficiencies encountered by students in learning English languages.

Annotation:

This article is dedicated to the problems that language learners always face. We will consider these issues together with several participants. And also, in which way foreign language learners are dedicated to solving the problems they face.



Key words: Second Language, Learning, English, Research and Writing

The aim of this paper is to identify the factors that contribute to the decreasing in students’ achievement in the English language. The discussion revealed the different reasons that students face in speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. In learning a second language, it is most important that learners receive maximum support in terms of a supportive and conducive learning environment as well as an adequate and meaningful language experience. This research hopes to enlighten students in learning the English language so that they may strive to improve their English skills, thus making language teaching and learning more effective and meaningful for both lecturers and students.

Nowadays, the majority of foreign language learners face facing various difficulties. Such as There are several primal and problems that affect the student’s learning English as a second language in the world. Those factors may deserve from the family environment, peer-to-peer communication, and interest. According to scientists (2013) the factors that influence the learners to have poor in English language learning as follows:

1English is regarded as a difficult subject to learn.

2Learners’ learning depends on the English teachers as community.

3There is a lack of support to use English in the home environment and the authorities.

4Learners have an unwillingness and lack of motivation to learn English as they do not see the immediate need to use the language.

5Students have a limitation of vocabulary proficiency.

6Learners have inappropriate or lacking exposure to the language as there is a limited opportunity to use English outside the classrooms.

Supplementary, most language learners have problems with word memorization. Those kinds of ubiquitous drawbacks causing negatively in terms of learning any kind of languages. In addition, language anxiety is the feeling of tension and apprehension experienced by learners in the classroom. However, language anxiety is a distinctive complex of self-perceptions, beliefs feelings, and behavior related to the classroom language learning process.

On the other hand, Poor relationships with those around you which is one of the main reasons. Relationships can be particularly tough when dealing with faculty, whom you do not see in social situations in the same way you see your peers. Simple things like not understanding the expected formalities or unofficial when talking to those around you can be really problematic. You can be misunderstood or even considered to be rude. How can I solve that kind of issue? Quite simply, ask. We know, we know, it means speaking to people again but if you want to get better at something (like speaking a language) practice is a pretty good way to go about it.

Admittedly, Researchers have been successful in identifying ways to improve teaching the learners population in general terms. The solutions listed here comprise programmatic, teacher, and research-based classroom strategies. The solutions that have been identified may be used to scaffold the learning of the young learners and influence the way specific strategies are taught within activities. High-quality environments are neat, organized, and supportive. Teachers can provide an attitude of support by placing labels in the child’s native language as well as English around the classroom. Additionally, structuring the environment and the routines so they are predictable gives the participants an understanding of how tasks are to proceed and how to conduct the room.
