Demo Lesson Instructions:
During the demo lesson, you will be delivering a lesson for about 10 20 minutes.
Please note that the "student" in this session is not an actual student but rather another
recruiter who will be assuming the role of a student for the assessment.
Please also keep in mind that there will be one additional observer present to assess your
teaching performance.
Before the Demo:

Review our provided methodology documents to familiarize yourself with our
teaching approach.
●
Identify the specific target language for your demo and stick to it.
●
Learn to use Instruction Checking Questions ICQs) and Concept Checking
Questions CCQs) from our methodology for student understanding.
●
Ensure all materials are ready beforehand if you're using paper-based materials.
●
Share materials such as a PowerPoint (optional) or coursebook unit with us on
Telegram:

During the Demo:
●
Avoid physically touching the smartboard; use the smartpen's pointy side instead.
●
Be punctual and well-prepared.
●
Ask clear and precise questions.
●
Seek clarification if you have doubts about instructions, language, or content.
After the Demo:
●
Be open to feedback and discussion of concerns.
●
Answer the questions as best as you can.
●
Emphasize clear communication regardless of accent.
