optimization of electronic payment systems. In the conditions of the formation and development of the digital
economy, the issues of improving the methodology of wide use of information and communication
technologies in the e-commerce activities of the Republic of Uzbekistan remain controversial. The relevance
and underdevelopment of the problem made it possible to conduct research on this problem and determine
the topic of this dissertation work. Also, the Laws adopted by the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan,
the Decrees and Decisions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Decisions of the Cabinet of
Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Information Technology and Communications

was used.
The practical significance of the research results is determined by the possibilities of using the
scientific conclusions and scientific proposals developed in the research work to make scientific and practical
recommendations aimed at effective organization of e-commerce activities in Uzbekistan. The specific
conditions of developed and developing countries were also taken into account for the master's thesis, and
in this regard, proposals were developed in accordance with local conditions, the shortcomings of the
previous proposals were eliminated, and the basis for accelerating and optimizing the development of e-
commerce was created.
The theoretical and methodological foundations of scientific research are provided by laws and
regulatory documents of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Decrees of the President of the Republic of
Uzbekistan, decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Information Agency
of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the State Statistics Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan. published
documents and information, works of domestic and foreign economists, as well as Internet resources.
The main hypotheses of the research are to find solutions for the effective use of modern information
