Most of parents around the world let their children play fun activities to be productive , creative and developed person and they think reading is less effective way . I completely disagree of this approach, and drawbacks of entertainment activities and benefits of reading will be covered in the next paragraphs.

A fundamental reason for this is playing fun activities at early age bring them easily weakness for real life , as well as lead them to be an irresponsible person for their following future. For instance, in the USA many children are familiar with doing several delightful activities , and their skills such as creativity and imagination are a bit effectless on some subjects. it is exactly because of fun activities.

The merits of outstanding reading are apparent. Firstly , reading in childhood is the best key to improve their skills such as literacy and skillful. For example, In the Egypt; most parents teach their children to read book as soon as children are able to read. Therefore, Egypt grows lots of people who are excel at science. Secondly , reading hold infants on at home instead of playing fun activities with bully boys in the dangerous streets. This is the most crucial benefit for parents.


Despite being a supporter of this non-doing fun activities perspection, I strongly recommend parents to teach their children to spend time on doing enjoyable activities when they get bored.
