Movie 1 

In  vitro  flow  chamber  adhesion  assay  showing  minimal  binding  of  control-MPIOs  to 

microthrombi. In vitro flow chamber adhesion assays were performed using collagen-coated 

glass  capillaries.  Microthrombi  were  formed  by  perfusion  of  whole  blood.  This  video  was 

recorded over a period of 5 min. 

 

Movie 2
