E2open Instagram : Mind Map PROMOTION OF THE PAGE Linkedin and other social media platforms would play a big part in promoting the new Instagram page, allowing people to know about the platform we will be actively using and posting on for E2open content. I would also suggest building up the followers and posts before sending out content to the followers I would suggest - once starting a corporate Instagram page - we buy followers, this will make it look like we have a mass audience and more people would be willing to engage with the page. AIMS FOR THE INSTAGRAM Monitoring the activity on the instagram page using the insights on the Business profile settings online - you can see how many people have interacted with the post/page. - Seeing what audience is viewing and is it meeting our target audience - revert back to the target profile. The Primary aim of this platform is to showcase not just our professional side of E2open but our E2open Community - allowing people to know what it is like to work with and for us. Allowing potential clients/employees/people who are interested in our company to see what we as E2open are like on a more personal and professional level - building up a portfolio that multiple people anywhere can access. The Secondary aim of this platform being used is to have more of a digital marketing approach to promotion - seeing how successful it is to reach people using this and how many potential clients/leads would be involved in this. With a result of promoting the page and E2open as a company we hope that this would allow a mass audience/brand identity and recognition. - Brand association with logo, color etc. Promoting digitally is an easy way to get to your target audience - revert back to the target audience profile HASHTAGS INSTAGRAM STORIES Making sure employees are promoting the Instagram page, but following and sharing posts to reach a mass audience Using #'s on post/stories will allow others to find your posts/stories easily - this can also be trending and would reach a mass audience Creating and #E2 - would then allow us to be recognized if we kept it consistent again this adds to the brand identity and recognition. This can be used to showcase events and office life - with events for example office BBQ's - welcome events , meetings and client events like Gartner Having Instagram stories that interact with people would be more effective so for example on this platform you can do questions and answers, reactions, polls etc to get people engaging with our social media content. An outcome of this would be that more people would recognize and brand identify us - if we use a consistent theme of the stories and post this will increase our brand identity. CONTENT Collecting images from all over from clients and staff, office life and events - making sure that they are of high quality and have a consistent theme- this could mean using the same filters if used, the same font, the same colors etc to make sure we are keeping within the brand image. Making sure that the content is relevant and the platform is being actively used so people are constantly seeing our brand to create awareness of what we do. OTHER Case studies from competitors - comparing and establishing how we would like to showcase our brand on this platform. Creating a target audience profile for the Instagram - and monitoring with the insights of putting our account onto a business account - you can see who are interacting with our account and set out a plan on how to market towards the audience we would like. Viewing the Instagram's activity with the following insights: Profile visit views Interaction with the post weekly activity Age , gender , location monitoring Doing this would then allow you to understand where we need to improve to react the market we aspire to target.
