In my opinion, companies, banks and other organizations must develop their protect system according to attack shape. Now every variety of crime like larceny, slaughter, bullying and others more challenging. Because, everywhere well resourced with variety of cameras. But we now crime is developing and creating new ones equal to protect as well as cyberattack is one of them. We are informed every day with different reports and articles about lots of attacks to defence sytem of big companies and banks. Huge amount of money is stolen by offenders. But they are mysterious. Only solution is to this problem is developing defence system. For instance in 2018 cyber security center was founded in Uzbekistan. Now GCSI (global cyber security index) organization rated our country 88^th. In my view this rating good rating.
To sum up, finding and arresting more difficult for police and law. In my opinion only measure for lawyers create many rules to develop cyber security and computer system. Well-developed defence system can protect money and documents.
